This note has a register key at 4.75 inches and open tone hole at 12. Around the tone hole all of the notes appear to be nodes. This is most likely due to the fact that this note actually has strong, low even harmonics outside of the clarinet. Here the odd and even harmonics are equally bumpy and both start on nodes or antinodes.
