Late Roman Monotheistic Style Roman mosaic art focusing on images of a single god existed throughout the era of the Late Roman Empire from approximately 200 AD to 600 AD. I tend to focus on images of Jesus Christ, for he is depicted most often in ancient Roman mosaics and exemplifies a good impression of the mosaic style of the time period.
