Whether he intended to or not, Leonardo Da Vinci created a great stir with his painting, The Last Supper. Many historians will argue that there's nothing out of the ordinary about the painting, it's simply a depiction of Jesus with his twelve disciples. Yet others claim the painting suggests a possibility very unpopular in the Church- that Mary Magdalene sits to Jesus's right as his wife. Which side is true, we'll likely never know. But one thing is clear- there are a few things quite strange in the painting, some very much out of place.
