Composition: The tags/letters are oriented in layers. It appears that there are at least 4 to 5 layers as can be seen in the right side of the lower part of the "R" most clearly. The most striking part about this composition of layers is the inconspicious arrangement of these layers; there is no obvious or single foreground and background.
Color: Many of the colors are very vibrant and bright. Several pastels are used. It appears the main foreground colors are light green while the background colors are light blue. There is a definite color balance/complements as can be seen with the light blue in the lower left corner and the light blue in the upper right corner.
Texture: The texture is conveyed by the canvas itself: the wall.
Perspective: The tag itself is perpendicular to the viewer: it is flat
Emotion: There is a strong sense of motion and energy as created by the vibrant colors and complex layers.
